Thank you for your interest in participating in EntheoGenesis. This ceremonial event is an 18 and up, alcohol free experience. No Pets, No on-site parking.

Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you to go through the following terms and conditions: In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer', 'attendee’,, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will buy the tickets to EntheoGenesis. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’, ‘producer’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers of EntheoGenesis – Church of the Sacred Synthesis d/b/a Church of Psilomethoxin.

Terms of Use: By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to EntheoGenesis, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the EntheoGenesis premises.

Changes: Please note that Church of the Sacred Synthesis reserves the right to make event and policy changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer www.psilomethoxin.com. These changes relate back to the date of purchase of EntheoGenesis tickets.

The prices for EntheoGenesis tickets are as follows

Tickets: $300 ($275 for Church Members) 

Parking Pass: $11 per vehicle

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access EntheoGenesis on April 15, 2023, during posted event hours, when EntheoGenesis is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attend the EntheoGenesis. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue. The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the EntheoGenesis tickets, once (s)he receives it.

Church of the Sacred Synthesis has no liabilities - financial, legal, or otherwise - in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way. The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as EntheoGenesis starts on April 15, 2023 at 10am. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained. If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue Private Ranch in Austin, Texas- due to delays, federal regulations, organizer policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

EntheoGenesis is a ‘rain or shine’ event.

Minimum age: By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending EntheoGenesis is 18 If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to EntheoGenesis. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either. At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

If EntheoGenesis is canceled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Church of the Sacred Synthesis has the sole and absolute right to:

i) reschedule the event,

or ii) issue a partial/full refund,

or iii) not issue any refunds.

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding. If EntheoGenesis is canceled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option.

These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of the Church of the Sacred Synthesis will be considered final.

If EntheoGenesis has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully canceled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges, including . Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser.

The Church of the Sacred Synthesis cannot be, in any way, held liable for that. All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations. By purchasing EntheoGenesis tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to the Church of the Sacred Synthesis to collect certain information about you (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims - full or in part - and all claims & entitlements related to it. EntheoGenesis and Church of the Sacred Synthesis follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at EntheoGenesis and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

Hours of Event: Main Gate opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. Event ends at 11pm. All attendees must vacate the premises by 12am on April 16, 2023. Access to the property will be restricted to the areas designated by the Church of the Sacred Synthesis. Some areas, such as the pool and the houses on the property are strictly off limits for attendees, and will be marked as such on the day of the EntheoGenesis event. Unauthorized encroachment upon these areas will be grounds for immediate termination from participation in the EntheoGenesis event.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK. We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle. There will be water stations for free water refills. You agree to bag inspection by security upon entering the venue.

No Pets Allowed Smoking and Vaping: must be more than 25 feet from any structure, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Respect the Venue: Attendees shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience other residents or neighbors, nor use the Premises for any unlawful purpose.

Parking: Parking is available off-site for a $10 fee. There is no parking at the venue or in the surrounding neighborhood areas. Attendees agree to park in the designated parking area, or risk being towed. Church of the Sacred Synthesis does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

No Cash Value: Please note that EntheoGenesis tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits. Please note that you purchase EntheoGenesis tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.

Kindly note that https://ticketpro.io/psilomethoxin/entheogenesis is the sole authorized source for purchasing EntheoGenesis tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonor such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

The EntheoGenesis tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

Church of the Sacred Synthesis has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the EntheoGenesis ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of the Church of the Sacred Synthesis will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

EntheoGenesis and Church of the Sacred Synthesis follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at EntheoGenesis and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

During the morning prayer and before the ecstatic dance ceremony (for all ticket holders) the Church of the Sacred Synthesis will make an offering of its holy Sacrament, Psilomethoxin, for all attendees. It is not required to consume an offering of sacrament to participate in the event. Any consumption of Sacrament by a purchaser, holder, or bearer is completely voluntary and done at the sole discretion of the purchaser, holder, or bearer. Because the Sacrament is an offering and not included in the ticket price, Church of the Sacred Synthesis reserves the right to refuse sacrament to any purchaser, holder, or bearer for any reason. By accepting and receiving the Sacrament, the purchaser, holder, or bearer is representing that they are medically fit to consume the sacrament. If you are taking any medications, are under the influence of any other drugs or alcohol, and/or suffer from any pre-existing health condition, Church of the Sacred Synthesis recommends that you consult a physician before deciding to partake in the Sacrament. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Ticket Pro is a platform for buyers and sellers to directly transact with each other for the purchase and sale of event tickets and related items. Ticket Pro is not the seller in any transaction. Your order and payment details are encrypted and securely transmitted directly to payment processor Stripe. Your payment info is never stored. You will be charged directly by Stripe (https://stripe.com/) on behalf of the Seller.

PURPOSE & USE OF SERVICE: You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited, to any applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws).

You understand that We may use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. Such claims shall include, without limitation, claims in respect of any violation of law in any of the Content.

NOTICE: Notices by the Site to Users may be given by means of electronic messages through the Site, and/or Services, by a general posting on the Site, or by electronic mail or mobile messaging. Notice or communications by Users to Company shall be in writing and shall be deemed effectively given: (a) upon personal delivery to the party to be notified, (b) when sent by confirmed electronic mail or facsimile if sent during normal business hours of the recipient, and if not so confirmed, then on the next business day or five (5) days after having been sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid. DISPUTES & ARBITRATION: You acknowledge and agree that Ticket Pro is not a party to any transaction or dealing between Buyer and Seller. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a transaction or dealing shall solely be resolved between Buyer and Seller. You represent and warrant that any claim, demand, cause of action or dispute between a Buyer and Seller shall be resolved solely between the Buyer and Seller and You therefore agree to refrain from including, joining, interpleading or otherwise involving Ticket Pro in any such dispute.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Company, the Site, the Services or these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved by good faith discussions between the parties. If the dispute is unable to be resolved, the dispute must be settled by arbitration. THE PARTIES CONSENT AND STIPULATE THAT THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF ANY ARBITRATION PROCEEDING AND OF ANY OTHER PROCEEDING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. For this purpose, the Parties also expressly consent to personal jurisdiction in the agreed venue.

MISCELLANEOUS: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. The failure of Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions comprise the entire agreement between the Company and you, superseding any prior agreements between the Company or any predecessor company and you. These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Ticket Pro may assign its rights to these Terms and Conditions to any third party.

BY USING THE SITE AND COMPANY’S SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

By using the Site and TicketPro’s services, you agree to TicketPro’s Terms and Conditions and other terms as described by this Privacy Policy. Use of your Personal Information: TicketPro collects and uses your personal information to operate its Site and deliver the services you have requested. Personally identifiable information is used for; (i) analytical and statistical purposes, (ii) managing the Site and our services, (iii) processing and facilitating your transactions, (iv) sending you notices, updates, and changes to our policy, support and administration matters (v) monitoring usage and activity, (vi) improving the Site and our services, (vii) research & development regarding preventative measures to ticket fraud, manipulation, duplication, and other scam-like procedures.

TicketPro may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from TicketPro and its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties: You expressly acknowledge and agree that Your Data will be shared with the applicable Seller of the live event ticket that You select to purchase. Other non-personally identifiable information may be shared with analytics providers. Your Data will not be sold or distributed to outside parties of the specific events. TicketPro does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
